Join us at BESU for an intimate dining experience celebrating the flavours and culinary traditions of Yunnan, China.

We are delighted to welcome the founder of Yong Tai Zhai (永泰斋) to personally present this distinctive creation, inspired by the traditional Chinese philosophy of food and medicine sharing the same origin (药食同源).

Six years in the making, this unique rice noodle experience brings together a rich variety of mushrooms, edible fungi and carefully selected ingredients.

At its heart is a nourishing broth, slowly simmered for hours with fresh vegetables, ginger and a blend of five legumes, creating remarkable depth and natural richness.
