Cauliflower
Sauce base
green peas + avocado + vegan mayo + salt and pepper + soy sauce *You can be creative with the base using chickpeas or beans. You can use soy yoghurt or cream to substitute the vegan mayo, along with lemon juice and mustard.
Seasoning
Turmeric powder
Smoky paprika
Cumin powder
Glazed with soy sauce + salt + vegetable oil
Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and boil them for 15-30 seconds. This is to prevent cauliflower getting burned from roasting.
Marinate the cauliflower in a bowl, then bake it at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients for the sauce base, and garnish it with basil oil.
Place the prepared cauliflower on top and enjoy!
