Ingredients
Tempeh 2 chunks
Peppers red/yellow
Basil leaves 1 bag
Baby corn, snow peas, etc. (optional)
Three-cup seasonings combo
Soy sauce 20 g
Sesame oil 10 g
Sugar 10 g
Black pepper
Salt
Water 25 g
Instructions
Cut tempehs into cubes. Remove the seeds from the red pepper, then cut it diagonally.
Pan-fry the tempeh over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Set aside.
Weigh all seasonings in a bowl and give it a good mix.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and add peppers and some salt. Add in tempeh, basil leaves, and seasonings.
Stir-fry until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce, then turn off the heat.y with the sauce and grill for another 2-3 minutes, or serve without further grilling.
